Job description :
You manage the quality process within the FAL team, and you are the link with the different production teams and the Customer.
Activities :
- Manage the RQS (quality assistance) team ;
- Participate to the Customer meetings ;
- Become the Client privileged contact;
- Implement and coordinate timely means technical, material and human necessary for quality activity;
- Attend to the RQS client when commissions of non-conformity with decisions can lead to the drafting litigation, or the creation of derogations;
- Awareness of the major difficulties encountered ;
- Track Quality documents;
- Take into account the follow-up defined by the quality management to improve the products quality control and also the services presented to the client;
- Establish a provisional forecast and weekly attendance and absences planning in order to ensure the activity permanence (be sure to have enough staff, replacement) ;
- Establish follow-up by aircraft and transmit it to the head of sector
Profile :
- Training from a level IV (BAC) aeronautics speciality;
- Quality Inspector experience required;
- Knowledge of the aeronautical and economical environment ;
- Knowledge of the technical perimeter management;
- Computer knowledge (Office software, Airbus internal software);
- Knowledge of Client products and procedures ;
- Knowledge of HR and quality procedures;
- Fluent in English or in French or in German.
