Job description :
You will have to control and certify the assembly aircraft operations.
Activities :
- Inspect, measure the product or equipment as per the requirements in the specifications;
- Certify the conformity of the works executed by the operators ;
- Implement and apply the quality procedures and internal procedures ;
- Implement and apply Customer procedures ;
- Apply the Health and Security rules ;
- Declare any anomaly and ensure corrective actions ;
- Identify, analyse any irregularity or dysfunctionning and offer appropriate resolution ;
- Being pro-active in terms of continuous improvement proposals ;
- Use appropriately the technical documentation ;
- Being able to operate a research in the technical documentation ;
- Use appropriately the measuring instruments ;
- Take into account all the job potential evolutions ;
- Ensure the follow up of the aircraft file, assembly anomalies and open assembly work ;
- Declare the potential quality system failures and products anomalies ;
- Use main computing tools, specifically the ones dedicated to the quality and production management ;
- Validate the primary application in line with the specifications ;
- Write a report and expose a problem ;
- Apply all technical knowledge as appropriate ;
- Ensure, as required, customer presentation.
Profile :
- Mechanical training with aeronautical mechanic specialization or military experience ;
- Professional experience in Aeronautics industry, specifically in aeronautical mechanics ;
- Strong experience in aeronautical technologies: aerodynamics and flight mechanics, general technology, propeller and aircraft circuit, instruments ;
- Good knowledge and utilisation of test means and control ;
- Knowledge of SAP tools ;
- Fluent in English or fluent in French or in German.
