Industrial Quality Manager Tasks: Programme Quality Management Implement the industrial quality lessons learnt process. Establish and cascade the Top Level Industrial Requirements. Establish the Industrial Qualification Plan in order to provide continuously confidence that, industrial products fulfill the requirements. Contribute to the A 350 industrial Reviews Milestones and the Development Maturity Gates in line with the DARE policy (internal and external). Deploy a robust industrial Quality Gates process during development and production phase to check and to ensure the A 350 Maturity. Provide visibility on developed products quality level to A350 Quality PDT and A350 industrial PDT. Process Quality Assurance Cascade the Programme Quality in the Industrial process. Define and deploy the industrial Quality planning activities for all the PDT. Conduct or organize industrial process analysis for the processes needed for PDT, which are considerate as risky or weak. Product Quality Assurance Plan and deploy the PDT Qualification to ensure and check the processes maturity and robustness based on key development deliverables and product check for the industrial process to ensure the A 350 manufacturing ramp up and series. Establish and deploy the PDT Industrial Qualification Plan. Provide visibility on industrial products quality level to the PDT Industrial leader and the PDT Quality leader. Manage the PDT product industrial quality issues, the events analysis and resolution and ensure that preventive and corrective actions are manage during the development. Decision & Leadership Authority Deployment of all requirements in the A350 industrial organisation. Deployment of the Quality objectives in the industrial organisation (Top Level Quality Requirements). Deployment of the industrial objectives in the industrial organisation (Top Level industrial Requirements). Establishment of a robust Industrial Qualification plan. Management of A350 Industrial Quality in development and series phase. General Quality Tasks Manage the industrial corrective and preventive actions, which are specific to the PDT. Represent PDT in the Industrial Quality Network. Report to PDT Industrial Leader & Programme Quality. Lead the PDT Industrial Quality network to ensure the deployment of the Industrial Quality.
