As FOH Compliance Trainer and Systems Coordinator at easyJet you willdevelop and deliver systems enhancements and training programmes to supporta world-class reservations and check-in service. With a visible commitment toexcellence in the airline industry, you will identify requirements, drive change andinspire continuous improvement at an operational level.
This calls for a rare blend of skills. You must come from an aviation background,with a proven track record in analysing IT systems, communicating best practiceand developing robust frameworks, processes and training regimes. A strongunderstanding of ground handling procedures is essential - ideally supported byknowledge of industry airport DCS systems. You must also have the strategicvision and project management skills to ensure that systems developments are ontime, on budget and aligned with broader organisational objectives.
