The Operational and Fuel Data Entry Assistant reporting to Flight Planning Analyst, will be responsible for ensuring Operational and Fuel Efficiency is kept to a maximum at all times. You will be required to ensure the Operational / Fuel database is complete, accurate and up-to-date at all times.
You will be responsible for collecting documentation on returned flight data, validating this and entering this into the database. You will resolve any queries as a result of discrepancies in the data and report any unresolved queries to the Flight Planning Analyst for further investigation.
The successful applicant will be comfortable dealing with large data sets and have excellent numeracy skills along with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience of data entry / data input is preferred as well as good basic computer skills. Competency with MS Word and MS Excel is required.
