Job Description

CMSS Instructor/Analyst

The CMSS Analyst/Instructor is required to develop CMSS (Common Mission Support System) courseware for multiple platform type and sup sequentially train the user how to use the equipment.

Job Description
* Carry out training analysis, design work, development activities, evaluation, data production and assessment, and develop support training equipment as required by the maintenance team leader.
* Identify needs, set objectives, and prepare training material, courseware (including state of the art multimedia).
* To provide Subject Matter Expertise on Apache/Wildcat aircrew systems and problem solve all queries asked by the customers / students, within the company's business domain.
* Carry out system theory instruction for customers (students), within modern electronic classrooms utilising multimedia and synthetic training environments.
* Carry out practical instruction for customers (students) using CMSS. Also having the responsibility for health and safety of the customers (students) in their charge during practical instruction


The ideal candidate will have extensive computing skills, particularly on administration, networking; in addition the candidate should have some practical experience of training and development, ideally from a UK military Aviation background.
