Job Description
Shop Scheduler required for CNC machining facility in Abu Dhabi
Overview
In charge of provisioning all elements to enable manufacturing to deliver on time; the facilitator between the MRP controller and shop floor. To organize physical movements of materials as per schedule
Duties & Responsibilities
* Guarantee on time delivery of the supplied parts to the shop floor
* Contribute to improve permanently the supply chain in term of quality, efficiency, reliability
* Manage daily communication of internal customer demands (forecasts, purchase requests) to supply chain
* Ensure internal customer interface providing visibility on deliveries, schedule
* Contribute to Integrated Project Team (Customer satisfaction, non-conformity solving)
* Manage potential re-planning, recovery plans etc
Required Knowledge & Experience
* ERP systems e.g. SAP
* Scheduling competence and Scheduling Master Data Management
* MRP handling
* Production Order management
* Schedule/workable plans
* Workload & leadtimes
* WIP control & management
* Scheduling KPI's
