Mastercam V9, Bridgeport, CNC, Manual Lathe~

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write CNC programs for up to 5-axis machining centers to produce parts using Master-Cam Version 9, both from blueprints as well as customer-furnished geometry.
Create geometry from 2-D blueprints as required for programming.
Coordinate with Machine Shop Leader to reduce set-up and run-times.
Respond to any request by supervisor if it is for the good of the Company, even if it does not pertain to normal machine programming functions. Other duties may be added to the above list at the discretion of the Production Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum 3 years job-related experience.
Proficient with Master-Cam Version 9.
Able to read and interpret prints, specifications, and travelers/instructions issued in the shop.
Experience with various machining equipment including Bridgeport type mills, CNC mills, and manual lathe helpful.
Able to lift parts weighing up to 30 pounds.
