CNC Chip Cutting, 5-axis programming, NX/UG, Pro-E, Esprit, CATIA, Mastercam~

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience with NX 7.5 preferred
Working knowledge of CNC chip cutting machining principles, geometric tolerancing, and hands on problem solving ability. Experience with multi(5)-axis machines, and 5-axis programming software (either NX/UG, Pro-E, Esprit, Catia, Mastercam). Experience in model based definition a plus. Proven success in manufacturing process development, tool and fixture design, and N/C Programming to support machining and assembly of manufactured hardware. Proficient 5-axis CNC programmer with experience machining titanium, stainless steel, and other exotic materials. Minimum of 3 years' N/C Programming experience. BS in Manufacturing Engineering or AA in related field preferred. Good written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently. Preferably the candidate would have experience in aerospace or even the racing industry since they machine a great deal of exotic materials. Manufacturing process development, tool selection, fixture design, and N/C Programming to support the manufacture of machined parts in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Degree preferred / Not required
