| Requirements | 1. Extensive knowledge of CNC controls (ie: Fanuc, Yaznac, Mazak, Okuma). 2. Knowledge of CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines with 4 and 5 axes. 3. Ability to manipulate and interpret a variety of bench gauging and adjust CNC accordingly. 4. Working knowledge of a variety of both CNC tool holders and cutting tools. 5. Experience with off-line tool setter (Parlec helpful). 6. Ability to interpret CMM reports and adjust CNC accordingly. Candidates MUST have at least three years of experience with CNC machines preferably with a mill/turn center. |
| Description | Candidates must be able to perform complex production work in the following areas: Setup tech support, advanced, traditional, and/or CNC type machining, following all prescribed methods and procedures. Perform complex setups, adjustments, tool changes. Normal work load is operating 6-10 CNC machines. |
