Job Description
Mission :
The Unit Leader oversees the whole production group and also supports others groups such as logistics, quality and coordination.
He is the direct manager of the Operation Leader.
Activities:
- Control the whole group production ;
- Follow and up-date staff records ;
- Provide alternative flow chart in case of holidays, absences, ...;
- Ensure relevant security rules are applied ;
- Apply and make applied the internal procedures ;
- Ensure that staff skills match the resources ;
- Validate the requests for temporary work contracts and overtime ;
- Provide information to the Quality Department regarding new workers implementation or assignments reallocations ;
- Put forward improvements for reliability- Quality- productivity ;
- Ensure that the command order is received before the service starts ;
- Participate to weekly dock meetings.
Profile:
- Training level III (Bac + 2) with an aeronautical specialization ;
- And aeronautical experience (8 to 10 years minimum) ;
- Experience in team management ;
- Knowledge of the environment linked to the activity ;
- Knowledge of the procedures and the quality documentation ;
- Computing knowledge ;
- Fluent in English or in French or in German.
