Job Description
Manufacturing Project Leader
Broughton - £30 p/h - 10 months+
We are looking for a Manufacturing Project Leader/Methods and Process Engineer to work for our market leading client in the Aerospace industry. You will be responsible for Leading a specific project related to Fastening and Torque application, you will have a multi-functional team with management of capital expenditure and project resource hours (~0.8M).
Main Activities
Management of Business Improvement Projects
Creation and control of the project plan in conjunction with the company Process Technology Leader
Harmonise processes to ensure commonality of continuous improvement continuity
Step-change in fastening process within the company will be driven by the project
Essential Skills
Proven High level project leadership and management skills
Technical background in manufacturing engineering environment
Project leadership skills
Desirable Skills
Certification e.g. PgMP, PMP, CAPM very desirable
Aerospace technical project experience
Quality Assurance background
Budget control
