Job Description

Our Client based in Chester requires a Continuous Improvement Engineer to undertake the following contract.

As part of TMD Methods & Processes team, the following candidates should have experience in

Implementing Airbus Manufacturing Engineering Assembly systems
Be capable to statistically analyses data and data sets to determine Cp & CpK targets.
Strong experience manufacturing & mechanical assemblies, with practical "hands-on" knowledge.
Ability to communicate and work with all level of personnel & specialties (operators to production managers, designers, suppliers, etc..)
Ability to work under own initiative within defined targets and deadlines
Good knowledge of Microsoft & other Airbus applications & procedures (SAP, Ticon)
General understanding of Lean principles
Ability to analyses current wing assembly processes with a view of eliminating waste and evaluating process improvement ideas.
