Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a prestigious aerospace company based in Hampshire. The requirement is for a Customer Programme Lead to join the existing team.

Role Summary/Purpose : The Customer Program Leader develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and effect short-term and some long-term business goals. This role will provide program management support for the A350 Program.

Essential Responsibilities : Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
Drive interaction and performance across broader matrix team to deliver operation and business metrics, to include Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Quality
Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts
Focus on high-risk areas, deliver performance and ensure adequate mitigation plans are in place
Develop and implement business plans to achieve contract profitability and work scoping
Participate in business and contractual discussions with customer
Establish productivity goals by contract or product
Organize and support program and technical reviews with customer

Qualifications/Requirements : Bachelors degree or similar leve of knowledge and experience
Proven experience in a product support or customer support role
Demonstrable experience in warranty, manufacturing, support equipment, business support, or logistics
