Job Description

Permanent Position for an Inventory Sales Manager

Management of the Inventory Sales Team with regards to selling stock to Brokers, Airlines and Maintenance MRO facilities. To ensure all team members are working to company standards and exceeding expectations.

Key responsibilities:-

Responsible for the teams transactional decision making;

Quoting of all Rotable components;

Stock level management including AOG sheet monitoring;

BER stock replacements;

Customer quote and sales ratio, monitoring levels of business and success rate on a monthly basis focussed around customer and employee performance;

Running crystal reports and analysing the data that is relevant to their team and customer performance / Key Performance Indicators, including:-

1.  Outstanding Customer exchange report
2.  Owed 3rd Party Loan and exchanges
3.  Outstanding S/Os and P/Os
4.  Monthly Employee performance statistics

Essential Requirements:-

Strong management / team leader skills

Boeing and Airbus parts experience essential

Self motivated

Good team player

Car owner/driver due to location

This is a permanent position based in the South East Region of the UK.
