Parc Aviation on behalf of our client Qatar Airways is looking to recruit a Senior Manager Cabin, IFE & Appearance for a permanent position.

Qatar Airways currently operate one of the youngest and most modern fleets in the industry. By 2013, Qatar Airways will have increased their fleet to 110 aircraft.
We invite applications for the following position to be based in Doha, Qatar.

Senior Manager Cabin, IFE & Appearance

Ensuring Qatar Airways 5 Star Cabin and IFE standards are maintained at all times. Technical Quality Targets are met on Qatar Airways Aircraft Interiors, exteriors, including all new Aircraft Deliveries. Ensure all Cabin and IFE Maintenance Engineers and Mechanics are trained to enable them to carry out there duties in the most efficient manner and ensure they meet the required Quality Standards for Qatar Airways Aircraft Interiors. Implement and maintain Process, Procedures and Positive Discipline across the respective Cabin and IFE departments. Management and oversight of the contracted cleaning staff.

Qualifications:

- Engineering Degree in an advantage
- Licensed Aircraft Engineer

Previous Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years in the aviation industry of which at least 5 years was in a Management grade.
- Additional qualifications/experience will be an advantage
- Organization policies, products and processes relative to the area of employment.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure be agile and flexible to meet the demands of a dynamic, growing business

Job Specific Skills:

- Detailed knowledge of cabin maintenance processes
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage
- Effectively guide a large department and ensure continuous development
- Sound knowledge of productivity management and Air Legislation
- Resilient and tenacious, able to pursue goals despite obstacle.
