| Requirements | The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all engineering efforts within the manufacturing cell, including but not limited to the following: Process development and improvement, new product development and introduction, troubleshooting both process sand product problems. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degreer equivalent, and 5-7 years' experience in a manufacturing facility. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Showcase Query. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and techniques is preferred, and strong problem solving skills are required. |
| Description | The Cell Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating and leading the assigned group in the achievement of quality, cost and delivery goals for the services provided. Duties include: Direct all work activities of hourly workforce, establish goals, monitor results, and take actions as necessary. Facilitate, organize and lead multidisciplinary teams to support electrical, plumbing, welding, mechanical, and janitorial activities throughout the plant. Responsible for the daily management of the manufacturing process including: Department staffing and training Production Planning Quality Control Scrap Reduction Process Improvement Workflow Management |
