Tasks: Locally Organize and lead UK representation in transnational workshops and meetings around the Upstream Processes workstream / project with appropriated representatives to obtain UK representation in transnational agreements Monitor with adequate frequency the status on: Activities, Milestones, Interdependencies and Critical Path Work Progress Resources Availability Actions Status Risks / Cost Status
Basic Purpose: At plant level the team is centrally coordinated and integrated; projects are governed by local or transnational project leaders delivering tailored roadmaps for deployment. In parallel to this activity, the necessary transnational capability is developed to ensure the new methods tools and processes are integrated on time, on cost and on quality. This role is to be a local UK focal point for Process Harmonisation activities within Manufacturing Engineering Main Responsibilities within the organisational area: Generic responsibilities would encompass: Support or Lead upon request, ME project to project closure in respect to Time, Cost and Quality. Establish for the project all relevant LBIP deliverables as: Project Description Business Case Roadmap / Project Plan Resources Plan Travel Forecast Risk Register Organization Set-up (e.g. Organization Plan included Roles & Responsibilities, RASCI, Ways of Working) Communication / Change Management Documentation List of Deliverables (ME Process, Tool Applications, Specifications, Methods, Training, UAT, etc.). Support the Workstream Leader & to the Heads of TMDM Natco and share the A3 format content with stakeholders In the Project Management way of working: Organization Project Deliverables Roadmap Blocking Points (Issues and Risks) Progress Review and Status Ensure Communication / Change Management around the Project Prepare and propose AOP needs around the Project Working with local program to capture and share transnational requirements around projects
Major End Results Required: Stakeholders managed & projects is fully deployed at UK level within the scope of all programs Process Is mature and understood Procedures - Have been updated Training Requirements have been captured and reflected in budgets Organisational proposals and impacts have been communicated with respect to roles and responsibilities
