Job Description
Our client is one of the world's largest providers of helicopter services. Renowned for their response time and quality of service they operate globally serving the Oil & Gas sector
As Senior Document Administrator your main responsibilities will include
Maintain Library - Manuals and Electronic
Support bases by issuing missing documents, replacing manuals and sourcing new manuals
Control of subscriptions
Manage subscriptions of aircraft manuals with vendors.
Create subscription database and keep updated.
Control of vendors manuals, periodic check for updates
Start Up Manuals
Collate manuals required to support new operation with additional paperwork required for shipping etc
Flight Manual Control
Control of flight manual updates.
Responsbile for library masters.
Liaison with chief type captains on revision status and discrepancies
Various Administration Duties
Scanning, filing, downloading documents to disc
EGPWS Database:
Control of Honeywell EGPWS MK22 Data card downloads for Europe, Asia, Africa and Pacific.
Qualifications:
Standard / Higher Grade in English / Word / Excel
Experience:
Extensive document control and administrative experience
Skills
Office and administration skills
IT skills
Microsoft Office
