Job Description

Intaway Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Store Keeper to join our expanding Middle East Client on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor you will ensure the smooth running of the Maintenance Stores.

Responsibilities:

- Providing assistance to the Logistics Supervisor.

- Ensuring all parts required by Planning and Engineering are ordered and delivered from vendors in a   timely manner, avoiding delays to the aircraft delivery date.

- Ensuring all incoming goods undergo receiving inspection, labeling and stocking via the CAFAM system

- Ensuring all outgoing goods are issued correctly to aircraft /work order via CAFAM system to facilitate proper billing.

- Monitoring CAFAM for all shelf life and tool calibration requirements.

- Ensuring stock levels are maintained.

- Maintaining relationships with cargo companies, customers and OEM logistics departments.

- Ensuring all storage requirements of the manufactures are meet for company stock.

- Ensuring oneself is trained, authorized and remains knowledgeable of applicable procedures and regulations.

- Administering applicable warranty and core return claims are made in a timely fashion.

- Administering commercial stores, bonded stores quarantine stores.

- Responding to telephone calls outside of office hours when necessary.

- Projecting a positive, professional Company image at all times, promoting the Company at all opportunities.

- Ensuring own compliance with confidentiality and never passing on sensitive or confidential information to others. Observing the Company confidentiality policies at all times. Ensuring passwords remain confidential, and sensitive documents are kept securely.

- Following all Company policies and guidelines i.e. the Company travel policy.

  • - Working in a health and safety conscious way at all times. Following any safety related instructions issued by the Company.

Preferred Skills:

  • - Must be fluent in English
  • - Experience in Aircraft stores ESSENTIAL
  • - CAFAM experience desirable
  • - Stores management system experience essential
