Job Description

Brookwood Aviation is looking for a Parts by the Hour Manager for a well known client in Oxford.


The role will require the successful candidate to be the single point of contact for all customers related to parts by the hour maintenance and to liaise with all internal departments to ensure that services are carried out efficiently and to agreed timescales.

Other aspects will include:
* Management of all maintenance contracts related to parts by the hour servicing.
* Monitoring of all contracts and work to ensure turnover and profitability.
* Creation and preparation of service contract proposals for customers
* Supervisory and Advisory role related to all internal and external interfaces.

You will need to have experience in a contracts and services environment relating to aircraft maintenance, experience in customer relations, technical background in helicopter maintenance.
