Job Description

Brookwood Aviation has an exciting opportunity for a new role for their well established client in Oxford.

They are looking for a Comples Offer & Contract Manager to join their team.

The overal purpose of the role is as follows:

Creating complex offers for new customers specifically in the field of national resilience and utility. (These can range from a small offer to a larger complex offer consisting of several components eg PBH, Maintenance, field support)
Creating new contracts
To be point of contact and liaison managing MRO Offers
Managing and Monitoring of all dedicated contracts
Monitoring of these contracts to ensure turnover and profitability
Development of the MRO offer processes
Implementation of IT tools to improve offer management
Project managing and liaising with several departments

Your main responsibilites will be:

Managing function for complex offers 
Coordination of all national resilience related complex offers activities 
Supervisory and advisory role to all internal and external interfaces (Customers and departments) Leading regular status meetings on contract reviews
Creation and preparation of contract proposals for customers up until the final offer and signature T&Cs
Commercial Content and Commercial calculations
Ensuring all contracts are planned and carried out in accordance with rules/processes
Managing and monitoring all activities
Responsible for the updating and creation of reports
Reviewing and creating estimates (in SAP) to customers as well as managing and resolving any queries with the customer
Assurance of customer satisfaction
Customer contract responsibility and accountability
Contract renewal preparation and delivery of contract to customers
Coordination of Back to Back contracts with the manufacturer
Continuous communication with customers, hosting meetings where necessary

Experience:

ESSENTIAL:

Customer liaison and orientation, analytical and statistical skills, interpersonal skills, IT skills (Microsoft Office) team player, able to use own initiative, problem solving, assertive, strong character, stress resistant, able to work under pressure

DESIRABLE: Commercial and/or Technical background in Aviation in specific field of national resilience


ESSENTIAL:

Minimum of at least 3 years experience in a contracts and services environment in the Aviation/Aerospace industry §Experience of at least 2 years managing and developing contracts in a complex environment
Very good analytical Skills
IT skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
Technical background


DESIRABLE:

Experience with high-cost/high end market products
Commercial and contract experience Technical (Aviation) experience
Experience with SAP and CRM software
Project Management experience
