RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sr. Customer Service Representative β SAP order entry experience a must
βΆ Provide premiere customer service for Specialty Materials external customers
βΆ Extensive external and internal customer contact through order handling and problem solving.
βΆ Work with US contacts to fulfill Specialty Materials domestic customer orders.
βΆ Understand domestic shipping requirements
βΆ Act as primary point of contact for Specialty Materials customers
βΆ Able to function in a team environment, providing back-up and assistance when needed, without being asked

βΆ Strong customer focus
βΆ Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal customers, other team members, Specialty Materials business contacts, and supply chain personnel.
βΆ Effective two-way communication with Specialty Materials business
βΆ Proactive handling of customer orders and problem solving
βΆ Ability to maintain positive attitude
REQUIREMENTS:
βΆ Self starter, able to work independently in a team environment
βΆ Strong internal and external customer focus
βΆ Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to adapt to different communication styles
βΆ Attention to detail
βΆ Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
βΆ Good PC skills with willingness to learn new programs
βΆ Strong initiative and commitment
SAP (4.7) experience preferred; ERP experience required. 2-5 years customer service experience a must. Experience within manufacturing business required.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree preferred. HS required
