The Position: Direct and ensure the long term IT strategy, relationship and IT delivery for a group of mission critical business departments within the Emirates Group. Deliver substantial improvements in operational and commercial performance for the Emirates Group by leveraging synergies across all departments.
Supporting the Senior Vice President to define and manage IT strategy and services across Emirates Group departments with direct responsibility for the Global Commercial Operations of the Airline.
A broad and indepth understanding of complex and varied set of core Airline commercial business processes such as yield management, airline pricing, distribution, remote and global workforce mangement, airline planning, frequent flyer, CRM and e-commerce.
