Installation Interface Manager & Construction Supervisor
3 year contract
For a "waste to energy" power plant (20 MWe +).
The following is required; "Installation Interface Manager" & Construction Supervisor". This is a single role and applicants are required to to have Project Management and/or Site Supervisor experience, on multi million pound, multi-Contractor Sites, ideally on "waste to energy" or similar projects.
Coordination is required between Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Water, Steam, Boiler, Waste Handling and Flue Gas Treatment Systems; associated Contractors; and the Civil Contractor to ensure that Construction is carried out in compliance with the approved Plans and Timescales.
Focus will be on:-
Ensuring that Construction is carried out in accordance with the Plans and the Schedule.
Continuity and smooth Interfacing across the overall Project.
Cooperation across Disclipines and between Contractors to ensure that interfaces are seamless.
Cooperation across Disclipines and between Contractors to ensure that intermediate and overall deadlines are met.
Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
Efficient use of Cranes and other shared Site facilities.
It is required that across the whole Project and Site,
Each System and disclipine is managed professionally.
There is cooperation to ensure correct intetrfacing.
The Site is managed professionally, and all those involved cooperate to ensure that it is kept clean, secure, and with full regard for HSE.
Full cooperation will be provided to Local Authority Representatives.
Identified faults are resolved through cooperation.
Documentation is maintained, updated and archived correctly and promptly.
