Network Support, A+ Certification, PC Support~

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a PC/Network Support Technician 2 the primary job responsibilities are provide support to the EUS SOW for all client based customers within the area. Focus on exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of metric performance. Contributing to the overall SLA performance of the site based staff and North Central EUS team. Provide assistance to Site Lead in developing reports and support documentation. Follow all applicable procedures. Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Associate Degree in CIS preferred. A+ Certification required, Certifications in HP preferred.
PC Technician 2 Intermediate 2 YEARS Required
