Project Management, Metrics, MS Office~

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including, but not limited to:
- Strong Analytical skills
- Proven ability to be flexible and adaptive
- Team player, with strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well with others

o Complete and track team onboarding requirements
o Track the testing and training for large scale system deployments
o Manage training schedule enrollments and completion activities for assigned projects
o Track metrics for testing and training
o SAP security / role mapping and implementation
w Manage identification and development of in-scope roles
w Create user security profiles (job buckets) mapping roles to business users
w Identify and resolve all potential security profile SOD/SOX conflicts
o Execute communication related tasks to support deployment schedule
o Work with site personnel on user readiness related issues and change and learning activities
o Complete deliverables and milestones in a timely, quality manner, as prescribed by the Tollgates and VCCT toolkits
o Complete tasks in the work plan, and all status reporting in a timely manner
o Identify project issues on a timely basis
o Provide user readiness guidance to non-deployment projects
o Ability to support change and sustainable efforts

REQUIREMENTS:
'- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
- Life Cycle knowledge of SAP T-Codes for SAP Role Mapping and Implementation
SAP deployment experience required.
