Job Description
We are looking for the right candidate to oversee grooming standards. As well as to communicate policies and practices for Qatar Airways staff working across Doha International Airport including Main Terminal, Premium Terminal, Baggage Services, Al Maha Services and Arrivals Terminal. Assists Management in implementing and driving a grooming culture and creates interactive and stimulating training tools which educate and inspire staff to maintain grooming excellence. The successful candidate will have had previous exposure to Cabin Crew grooming standards and training; as well as having a very high standard of grooming and presentation personally. The candidate also needs a strong personality to navigate difficult/sensitive grooming cases and/or issues with staff. As well as this, the candidate will need a positive, bubbly personality and excellent communication skills to deliver effective and useful training.
