Job Description

The Food and Beverage Duty Supervisor works within the Qatar Airways Premium Terminal or Gold and Silver airport lounges at Doha International Airport and is responsible for supervising food and beverage sections on a shift basis.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager the Food and Beverage Duty Supervisor ensures the food and beverage operations are of the highest standard by supervising staff and providing on the job training or performance coaching, managing customer issues, organizing team resources, and coordinating activities to ensure efficient, productive and risk free operations.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a premium food and beverage hospitality or service environment
- Previous experience of successful team leadership, management and motivation preferably within premium hospitality, airline or airport operations
- A good knowledge of high quality food and beverage service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on providing excellent customer service
