PMBOK, Stakeholders, Flight Test~

JOB DUTIES: *****LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY***********
Join the Flight Test Instrumentation ¿Design organization working on several new airplane projects. Identifies key stakeholder project objectives and requirements. Ensures assigned individuals or sub-teams are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan. Develops and monitor project plans and deliverables that meet identified requirements by application in accordance with accepted Project Management principles (Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK]). Ensures project objectives and deliverables are being addressed. Provides understanding and direction to the compilation and assembly of status and progress reports.

Assembles recommendations from execution team concerning recovery plans, work scope changes, etc. Formulates presentations and presents project status to management, project sponsor and/or other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and changes to project. Facilitates or leads others in facilitating negotiations involving major project parameters such as deliverable definition, performance objectives (cost, schedule, quality). Communicate and advise senior staff and line management. Negotiate across several significant projects. Prior to creating a baseline project plan, performs and/or provides guidance for reviews of industry standards, PMBOK and any available data source for best practices, lessons learned, historical and forecast data.
