OPP, EVM, MS Project~

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Description The Integrated Scheduling Specialist will support the KC-46 Tanker Program by working with Engineering Teams to establish and execute to the plan. Will be responsible for leading the integration and coordination of complex integrated schedules across multiple teams and sites of complex and multiple schedule changes. Performs baseline, networking, critical path and float analysis to develop and coordinate integrated schedules, networks, Earned Value Management (EVM) compliant resource plans and forecasts for internal customers. The individual will be responsible for defining and executing overall schedule requirements and will provide expertise in earned value management. Will be responsible for vertical and horizontal schedule integration across the team and program and for performing analysis such as critical path and float, and assessing schedule risk. Recommends, deploys and monitors configuration management standards of integrated program schedule. Will lead schedule reviews, interfacing with management and Government representatives. Completely understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts. Must be able to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Open Plan Professional (OPP) software and Earned Value Management System and MS Project experience with Integrated Schedules and Logic networks. Multiple site and subcontractor schedule integration experience. Proficient with database tools and standard Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

WORK HOURS: 7:00 - 4:00

TRAVEL REQUIRED: YES
TRAVEL DESCRIPTION: May require minimal amount of travel to Harbor Pointe.
