Structural Analysis Engineer

Voith Engineering Services Ltd (VICG) is a Global Aerospace company which provides services throughout an aircraft's lifecycle.  The Voith Group is a global organisation with over 42,000 employees and annual sales exceeding 5.2 Billion Euros.

Voith Engineering Services undertakes various size Aerospace projects and work packages for both Civil and Defense organisations as well as activities for the Marine and Wind Energy Sectors.

We are currently seeking a senior Structural Analysis Candidates (FEM) with excellent composite experience for a global role to interface with clients at all levels.

You will need to be a team player, with the ability to motivate other team members. The role will require the ability to work to strict deadlines and control customer changes against a statement of work.

Experience in the preparation of certification reports documenting analysis and results is required.

The following skills are prerequisites:

• FEM NASTAN / PATRAN
• Certification Report Writing
• MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• VBA
• MATHCAD

Candidates shall have a good degree and be from the Aerospace, Civil or Marine structures engineering sectors with a minimum of 5 to 10 years relevant FEM experience in Static & Dynamic analysis of structures.

An understanding of commercial issues would be an advantage.

The role will be based in our Farnham offices but will require some flexibility with regards travelling to support the customer

The role offers a variety of challenges including Aerospace related programs such as A350 XWB / A400M / A380 / Various Marine, Wind Energy and R & D projects.
