Job Description

Our customer is a world leader in rotary/fixed wing aviation support services and design solutions.

Covering a broad cross section of operators that include emergency services, marine support, offshore support, executive charter & specialised services.

They are seeking to appoint a Mechanical Design Engineer to be based at their operation in the South West region of the UK.

Ideal candidates will be from an aerospace engineering design background with a mechanical bias, a strong working knowledge of EASA Part 21 is essential for this position.

From the in house design facility you will be responsible for leading/managing the workload of  structural modifications, controlling costs, timescales specifications & priorities to ensure that all projects are first class in their delivery.

You will be a graduate with 4-5 years (minimum) post graduate experience, working on brand new & existing aircraft, advising & designing modifications to meet the individual needs of the customer, ensuring that quality & regulatory guidelines are strictly adhered to.

You will be enthusiastic about new ideas and bring a fresh perspective to the way in which customer's needs are met and exceeded.
