Avionics / Electrical Design Engineer
Coventry

We are currently recruiting for Avionic / Electrical Design Engineers to work on the IFE system integration on B747's.

Candidate will be responsible for:
- Producing System Schematic drawings of IFE sub-systems.
- Defining interfaces between IFE system components and aircraft systems.
- Production of System Wiring Diagrams.
- Performing Electrical Load Analyses.
- Producing wiring loom drawings.
- Defining cable routings and producing routing diagrams.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- AutoCAD 2D
- Experienced in production of Wiring Diagrams and System Schematics.
- Aviation Industry experience
- IFE experience desirable but not essential.
- Familiar with ARINC 429, RS422 and similar protocols.
- Experience working with D-sub connectors desirable.
- Experience working on Boeing platforms desirable but not essential.

With regards to the desired skills and experience - only the top three are definates, any of the others that you have are regarded as a bonus but not as essential.
