Senior Mechanical Engineer
Leading multidisciplinary teams on major development projects, you will be responsible for developing mechanical designs for a range of products and processes in the consumer, medical, healthcare, industrial and clean-tech sectors.
Your challenge is to solve some of the most intractable of clients' problems.

Requirements:
An excellent 1st or 2:1 degree in Mechanical Engineering
Track record of project leading projects from concept through to production, ideally at least four projects.
Excellent client management and presentation skills
Strong creative and technical abilities in many of the following areas:
Concept generation;
System level design;
Engineering analysis and detail design;
3D CAD;
Prototyping and lab testing;
Materials selection;
Analysis of static, dynamic, fluid or thermodynamic systems;
Design for high and low volume manufacturing;
Design for high reliability;
Launch into manufacture; Manufacturing support, Manufacturing processes
Significant commercial awareness in one of the following environments: technical/design consultancy; technology start-up; new product development department
Relevant practical hands-on experience with an in depth knowledge of project leadership with analytical and creative capabilities
Strong drive to rapidly absorb and develop further technical, project leadership, and business development skills
Bright, conscientious and creative with an ability to demonstrate a hobby or interest with a practical or technical relevance
