Excellent Opportunity to join this large and fast expanding global aviation company within their customer Support team.
You will have a good technical awareness of aviation components and also have a good ability to build relationships with clients and multi task projects.
Position Purpose:-
This position has to fulfill customer pool material requests in accordance to contract. Including Tracking of return shipments from customer; Consignment stock Initial Supply and Replenishment; Inventory check and control; Tracking of ownership of the material.
Main Tasks / Key activities

- Perform Inventory check at customers place in accordance to KPMG and financial
Requirements
- Fulfill Customer Pool Material Requests in accordance to contractual Obligations
- Coordinate Material flow from removal from Stock until u/s Return-received at SRT
- Perform Initial supply of Consignment Stock as per contractual Requirements
- Coordinate replenishment of Consignment Stock's and Comfort Stock's
- Declaration of correct Ownership of parts in Consignment stock's
- Communication to internal and external Interfaces on daily bases.
- Recall active not used or u/s Material from Customer
- Monitor Stock Levels of Consignment Stock and Comfort Stock
- Collect correct Change Message Information form Customer
- Clean up of Non-office- hours-Transactions and / or SAP data
- Escalate business critical observations to Management
