        Assure transfer of new contract into Account Management and Operations

        Manage shop visit from slot planning and phase-in to service redelivery through setting target to operations, monitoring and challenging workscope changes and fulfillment

        Communicate schedule status and price development to customer and solve escalated issues

        Review and comment profitability, report to management

        Lead invoicing to cash collection internally and with customer

        Report service level, analyse risks and opportunities to initiate improvement measures

        Manage customer relationship including feedback handling, customer visits, contract review meeting

        Manage rate adjustment
