Ground Services oversees all airport operations worldwide for the airline, ensuring that all our service partners operate to our requirements in a safe and effective manner. The department is growing in leaps and bounds, and requires fast-paced people to keep up with the growth. If you have the passion and enthusiasm for doing things right, this is the place for you!
The selected candidate will oversee the agents at the check-in, transfer or boarding gates, to ensure all procedures are being followed and consistent customer service is being delivered by front-line staff. He/she will ensure availability to support agents with customer resolution, and contribute to the planning and improvement of the airport operations. Good knowledge of airport functions in terms of passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance and D.G.R. Trainings such as Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Ground Operations and DGR are desirable.
