As a part of our Summer 2012 recruitment campaign we have a vacancy for Full Time Passenger Services Supervisor to join our Ground Operations Team on a Fixed Term Contract at East Midlands Airport.
Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Passenger Services Supervisors are responsible for the efficient supervision of the Passenger Services Team at their appointed airport. This is a high profile role overseeing and supervising customers to ensure an excellent level of service is consistently provided for our external and internal customers.
In addition you will motivate the team to maximise ancillary sales, drive performance levels for On Time Performance and ensure all activities comply with regulatory bodies and operating procedures.
To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service skills as well as leading and motivating a team. Experience within the aviation industry would be a distinct advantage.
A flexible approach to working hours is required as you will work earlies, lates, nights and weekend shift patterns.
