Job Number 44099 - Chassis Systems - knowledge of general engineering processes is required. The low volume nature of the product implies that low investment processes will be adopted e.g. fabrication, welding, casting. Knowledge base should include direct experience of suspension, brakes, steering systems and an overall general awareness of chassis system integration.
Job Number 44100 - Interior Vehicle Body - experienced people who have the capability to undertake CAD operations together with a knowledge of design engineering. Interior engineers are expected to know about other topics as well as plastic manufacture (e.g. Cloth Trimming, Vendor Sourced Parts, Sourcing, Gauges, Stereo, Seats etc) crash safety, human interfaces or human factors.
Job Number 44101 - Exterior Vehicle Body Design - experienced people who have the capability to undertake CAD operations together with a knowledge of design engineering.
General - we are looking for people ideally from an automotive background with design knowledge. Other area being discussed are: Saftey, GD&T, BIW, Jig & Tool, Pressing, Composites, Panels, CEA/STRESS, Bonded Aluminium Tub, Metallics to name a few.
