Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Composites Technology Manager for a permanent opportunity to work for a leader in the aerospace industry.

The role will involve being the lead technologist for composites for airframe and engine structures. In addition to this the successful candidate will define the strategy for developing key composite technologies and product applications as well as organise and mobilise the technical R & T group to establish best route forwards in all areas of composite competence.

The successful candidate will have responsibility of budget and funding and will be responsible for defining strategy for future composites development. You will also act as a technical authority when constructing the content of future R & T activities as well as internal reviews of current programmes of work. This exciting position will also manage the technical review process for composites.

We are looking for applicants that have a proven track record in the field of Composites and composite development as well as management experience.
