Job Description

It is highly desirable that you have had exposure to processes across the product lifecycle from concept through to production because of the need in this role to control the configured standard of the product.

Combining a strong professional competency in analytical methods with excellent problem solving abilities, you will be able to generate effective solutions that close the gap between design elements and modifications.

This will include the ability to undertake design tests to substantiate various change proposals and control the configuration standard & process around the product, often in an environment where management of conflicting priorities and expectations is critical.

Proactively liaising with customers and stakeholders forms an important part of this role and so technical expertise will need to be balanced with excellent communication and people skills.

Your ability to fashion solutions through collaboration and cooperation with others is one of your principal characteristics.

Technically competent in NASTRAN, PATRAN Hypermesh, Hyperworks and Visual Basic.

Practically, you will be familiar with and proficient in converting test outcomes into clear and concise summaries for senior engineers.

In wanting to make a valuable contribution to the quality, safety and integrity of the aircraft, it is important you enjoy working as part of a highly professional and dedicated team, in an organisation known for commitment to its people.
