Zenon Aviation Recruitment requires an exceptional VVIP Cabin Crew Manager in the Middle East. The role will be based at the operator's head office and has responsibility for managing the cabin crew as well as direct liaison with customers.

This position requires a highly skilled and committed individual who has Cabin Crew managerial experience in the air and on the ground.

As an experienced professional, you will have proven excellent customer service and etiquette to provide a proactive and customer-focused environment. You must have a high standard of personal appearance and grooming.

The position requires:

• You to consistently ensure your team delivers excellent customer service
• Responsibility for the day to day management and leadership of the cabin crew.
• Responsibility for ensuring delivery of excellent service on-board and on the ground
• To mentor, guide and motivate your team to provide consistent high standard level of service
• Ensure all Cabin Crew are provided with safe, clean and comfortable accommodations at all times during their employment with the company
• Reviewing and recognising individual performance
• Manage and coordinate health and safety where Cabin Crew
• Provide care to Cabin Crew members and ensure their emotional well being

The successful applicant will have

• A minimum of 5 years experience within the VVIP working environment such as corporate jets, hospitality, high net worth goods or retail.
• Strong leadership skills
• Be team-oriented and possess good work ethics
• Degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred.
• Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for aviation is a must and the ability to live and work full time in the Middle East
