CONTRACT POSITION
Working for a leading aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company providing total maintenance solutions to an expanding client base of international airlines.
One year renewable contract position for an EASA B2 Licensed Engineer with current CRS approvals on A330 Trent 700 and A340-300 CFM56 for base maintenance duties.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and carry out modifications on aircraft and/or engines and all associated systems;
- Certify aircraft maintenance tasks and release;
- Carry out daily work assignments for Mechanics and ensure all scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks are accomplished efficiently and punctually;
- Ensure documentation compliances daily;
- Mentoring and coaching of new Mechanics on various aspects of aircraft maintenance;
- Maintain discipline and motivate staff to be better able to perform their duties;
- Motivate staff under your charge to meet quality standards
- Carry out any other assigned duties
You must have at least 3 years experience of working as an Engineer.
You will ideally hold current CRS approvals on both the A330 and A340-300, however, one type will be accepted (at least 6mths of certifying within the last 2yrs on these aircraft types)
