Job Description

My client are urgently looking for an experienced Airworthiness Engineer. They are a Maintenance and transportation company based in the South West. The position has become available due company expansion and they need some one to start asap.

Airworthiness Engineer:

Duties include working with Type Engineer
Liaising manufacture and OEM
Provide Technical Support
Review of Airworthiness Directives,
Service Bulletins
Issue of maintenance instructions
Review and update of Aircraft Maintenance Programs
Weight/Balance Schedules
Aircraft Reliability Program
Carry out maintenance review audits
Oversee modification programs.

The ideal candidate will have good aircraft engineering background, preferably with helicopter experience. Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access), and aircraft maintenance management systems (RAL, OASES etc). Some knowledge of aircraft HUMS would be an advantage. Have the necessary qualification to enable Form 4 qualification for ARC certification.
