| Description | Responsibilities of this position include the ability to interface effectively with operators, process maintenance and engineering professionals; develop and characterize processes compatible with advanced metallization technologies, including thick-film moly-manganese metallization (co-fired to ceramic) and contact metallization; must use effective troubleshooting skills to solve process problems. Specific Job Responsibilities: - Experience in metallization. - Conduct tests on contact resistance, stress tests, thermal cycling and reliability/durability testing of contact points and layers. - Blue print reading. - AutoCAD - creating/editing. - Mentoring and training of technicians. - Writing/updating operating procedures and specifications. - Coordination of new equipment qualification. |
| Requirements | Bachelor's degree in engineering Minimum of 5 years' experience in metallization dev. - Writing/updating operating procedures and specifications. - Internal and external customer applications support. - Coordination of new equipment qualification. |
