| Description | Develop and improve business processes to increase efficiency and boost profits. Provide overall process design and suggest measures for improvement of manufacturing, thereby increasing productivity and improving manufacturing costs. To develop/analyze and implement an application methodology of a web coating process. Must have prior knowledge of coatings, elastomers and urethanes. New process and process improvement and lean experience required. Possess good analytical skills and be detail-oriented. Able to work in a team environment and meet deadlines. Possess good leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with converting, drying, and coating equipment is a plus. Printing and paint booth/spray operations experience is a plus. |
| Requirements | Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Process, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is required. |
