The selected candidate will lead the Project Management Section resources - manpower, equipment and facilities to achieve delivery of QAS projects. Serve as business partner to the business area leaders and as focal point for, Service Quality & Projects strategies, issues, and requirements. He/She will have to provide in-depth analysis into QAS projects and make recommendation to manage the projects for delivery.
He/She will have to manage, in conjunction with relevant agencies, QAS projects within budget and timeline. Implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization within the department. He will also be accountable for the continuous improvement and consistency in processes, enabling all round development in line with the company strategy

Experience
The incumbent should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and planning skills, strong interpersonal and team working skills, high level of communication skills, Project management skills, Time management, Planning and Organizing, People management, Change management and Influencing and negotiation skills. The candidate should have the ability to influence at all levels and ability to speak a second language other than English will be an advantage.
