We now have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Manager to join our Engineering Technical Services Team based at Leeds Bradford International Airport. Reporting to the GM Technical Services, you will have day to day management of the planning department.
You will liaise with a variety of teams including; reliability, tech records, maintrol and engineering projects to ensure modification and maintenance plans are in place and planners are briefed on the requirements for base and line maintenance.
You will have responsibility for evaluating service bulletins, airworthiness directives, other regulatory data and maintenance manual revisions to ensure maintenance tasks and modifications are supported with up to date and correct information.
People management will form a key part of the role and you will be required to communicate with various stakeholders within the company.
You will possess a thorough understanding of aircraft and their systems and have demonstrable people management experience. An understanding of the principles of MSG2 and MSG3 maintenance philosophy is essential. You must be computer literate and familiar with the basic functions of Microsoft Office.
