Premier Work Support are recruiting experienced Ticket Desk Agents at Heathrow Airport.
Requirements: A current and valid passport Proof of NI Number (NI Card, P45 or P60) A 5 year checkable history (4 jobs or less) No criminal record Over 18 years of age Live within 40 minutes of Heathrow Airport Previous airside pass an advantage
Job Duties: Check that the correct fare is in the booking before processing tickets
Check if the fare is available for ticketing using CAT35 Issue IT/BT/Nett fares and Nett remit tickets Issue allocations/ Group bookings
Read, understand and ticket from IT nett fare contracts
Communicate with airlines over Nett Fare of flight bookings quires
Ticket Desk Agent Skills required: Previous experience of issuing tickets Preferable Amadeus experience, but other CRS can be considered
Working knowledge of all aspects of ticketing including an understanding of how BSP works Experience in ticketing at least Level 1 and 2, including reissues and refunds.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment. Shifts are based on a part time basis in line with the flight schedules, but there could be opportunities for overtime as the flight schedules increase.
